Withdrawal from the contract

At Agrafka you have as many as 30 days to withdraw from the contract!

We are confident in the quality of our offer. Thanks to our policy, instead of the statutory 14 days, you have 30 days to return the products and withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (legal details can be found in the terms and conditions).

How can I return the ordered goods?

When returning or exchanging goods at AGRAFKA, you can use our CHEAP returns via InPost parcel lockers. Simply generate a return code through the Agrafka Panel and drop the package at any InPost parcel locker.

I cannot use InPost returns. What now?

If for any reason you cannot use it, simply send the goods back to us with the attached return form. You can do this using any courier service or the Polish Post. The form can also be sent by e-mail or written by hand. ;)

How long do I have to wait for the refund?

The refund is processed within 14 business days from the moment we receive the package. :)
